WHAT IS THE BALLOONBAR?
A place for friendly conversations. A place for family lunches. A place for birthdays, engagement parties and team-building sessions. A place in the wonderful green surroundings of City Park (Városliget), where good times are guaranteed.
There is something for vegetarians at BalloonBar, too, of course: the Balloon Burger on the menu is made with a special Beyond burger patty. Our deservedly popular Fly-dog is available in classic, grandma’s favourite and Greek flavours. The ‘repertoire’ also includes pizzas made according to an authentic Italian recipe, and salads too as well as our salads made from carefully selected ingredients.
At the BalloonBar, which is situated directly adjacent to BalloonFly, all food is made in-house from artisan ingredients. Visitors can select from hamburgers and hot dogs, with all sauces made according to unique recipes specially developed by the bar team.
And what about dessert? The strudels named after Aunt Marika sweep everybody of their feet, while the pastries, which are freshly baked every morning, are another favourite.
On the drinks menu, you will find hot – coffee and tea – and cold drinks: lemonade, soft drinks, cocktails, beer, sparkling wine (Pearl&Z) and the Budapest Selection wine range.
The BalloonBar has capacity for 20 people inside, with room for 40 more on the terrace.
Oh, and most important of all: we are a dog-friendly venue, so there is no need to leave your four-legged friends at home.
